1 OPEN TENDERConstruction of Transformer Room and Water Tank Room for Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency
The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee on behalf of Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new single-story facility comprising a transformer room and water tank room (approx. 600 sq. ft. built-up area) on micro pile foundations with lightweight steel roof structure at SLADA premises.
📋 Key Bidding Requirements:
- CIDA Registration: Building Construction Grade C6, C5, or C4.
- Average Annual Construction Turnover: At least Rs. 51 Million (last 3 years).
- Similar Project Experience: Building project worth ≥ Rs. 14 Million (last 5 years).
- Minimum Liquid Assets: Not less than Rs. 10 Million.
📅 Important Dates & Fees:
- Document Issue/Purchase: Aug 07, 2026 to Aug 31, 2026 (09:00 - 14:00 hrs).
- Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Visit: Aug 19, 2026 @ 10:00 hrs at SLADA Office.
- Non-Refundable Fee: Rs. 3,500.00 (Cash).
- Bid Security: Rs. 150,000.00 (Valid up to Dec 15, 2026).

📌 General Procurement Guidelines & Submission Instructions
- All procurements are conducted in accordance with Sri Lanka Government Financial Regulations and National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.
- Bids must be submitted in sealed duplicate envelopes marked with the Contract Number on the top left corner.
- Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency, No. 363/12, Sugathadasa Stadium-Block D, Stadium Parking Road, Sirimavo Bandaranaike Mawatha, Colombo 14 before the specified deadline.
- Late submissions will be rejected without opening. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after closing in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- The Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award.
