ශ්රී ලංකා උත්තේජක මර්දන නියෝජිතායතනය සඳහා ට්රාන්ස්ෆෝමර් කාමරය සහ ජල ටැංකි කාමරය ඉදිකිරීම
ශ්රී ලංකා උත්තේජක මර්දන නියෝජිතායතනය වෙනුවෙන් දෙපාර්තමේන්තු සංග්රහ ප්රසම්පාදන කමිටුවේ සභාපතිවරයා විසින්, දැනට පවතින ගොඩනැගිලි කොටස් ඉවත් කිරීම සහ වර්ග අඩි 600 ක පමණ සමන්විත ට්රාන්ස්ෆෝමර් කාමරයක් සහ ජල ටැංකි කාමරයක් සහිත නව තනි මහල් ගොඩනැගිල්ලක් ඉදිකිරීම සඳහා සුදුසුකම් ලත් ලංසුකරුවන්ගෙන් මුද්රා තැබූ ලංසු කැඳවනු ලැබේ.

📋 ප්රධාන ලංසු තැබීමේ අවශ්යතා:
- CIDA ලියාපදිංචිය: ගොඩනැගිලි ඉදිකිරීම් ශ්රේණිය C6, C5 හෝ C4.
- සාමාන්ය වාර්ෂික ඉදිකිරීම් පිරිවැටුම: අවම වශයෙන් රු. මිලියන 51 (පසුගිය වසර 3 තුළ).
- සමාන ව්යාපෘති අත්දැකීම්: රු. මිලියන 14 ට වැඩි ගොඩනැගිලි ව්යාපෘතියක් (පසුගිය වසර 5 තුළ).
- අවම ද්රවශීල වත්කම්: අවම වශයෙන් රු. මිලියන 10.
📅 වැදගත් දින සහ ගාස්තු:
- ලේඛන නිකුත් කිරීම/මිලදී ගැනීම: 2026 අගෝස්තු 07 සිට අගෝස්තු 31 දක්වා (පැය 09:00 - 14:00).
- පූර්ව ලංසු රැස්වීම සහ ස්ථාන පරීක්ෂාව: 2026 අගෝස්තු 19 පෙ.ව. 10:00 ට SLADA කාර්යාලයේදී.
- නැවත නොගෙවන ගාස්තුව: රු. 3,500.00 (මුදලින්).
- ලංසු ඇපකරය: රු. 150,000.00 (2026 දෙසැම්බර් 15 දක්වා වලංගුයි).
Past Procurement Notices
📌 සාමාන්ය ප්රසම්පාදන මාර්ගෝපදේශ සහ ලංසු ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ උපදෙස්
- All procurements are conducted in accordance with Sri Lanka Government Financial Regulations and National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.
- Bids must be submitted in sealed duplicate envelopes marked with the Contract Number on the top left corner.
- Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency, No. 363/12, Sugathadasa Stadium-Block D, Stadium Parking Road, Sirimavo Bandaranaike Mawatha, Colombo 14 before the specified deadline.
- Late submissions will be rejected without opening. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after closing in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- The Department Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award.
