Notice of Invitation for Bids: Construction Project

The Sri Lanka Anti-Doping Agency, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is currently inviting sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a new transformer room and water tank room (Contract No.: SLADA/PRO-W01). This infrastructure project, estimated at approximately Rs. 14 million (excluding VAT), entails the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a 600-square-foot single-story facility, requiring completion within 120 calendar days. To qualify, bidders must hold active CIDA registration for Building Construction (Grades C6, C5, or C4) and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 51 million over the past three years. Interested parties may purchase the official bidding documents for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 until August 31, 2026.
